  • REFUNDS: 
    You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for store credit. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and with original tags still attached. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or a product defect.

    ONLINE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: 
    Exchanges accepted. Please Include clear instructions, address and phone number, as well as a $7.50 check for repeated shipping. Any and All Returns, may be subject to 10% restocking charge deducted from the return amount. Shipping costs are not refunded. These terms include any returns in which the original purchase included FREE SHIPPING.

    SHIPPING: 

    We use major shipping carriers such as UPS or USPS for our product delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on the price of your purchased items.  Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your item to arrive.  We will provide tracking numbers for packages sent through USPS.

    SALES TAX: 
    Island Cotton Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.  Only orders with Shipping addresses in Florida will be charged sales tax.
